At Jens 'n' Frens, there has been a rotating "tagline" immediately beneath the blog title and description, and immediately above the entries. I change it irregularly, but generally weekly or so. Most of the taglines I have used have been stolen from somewhere, so if you see something clever up there, it's probably not mine; feel free to ask me. I have occasionally hyperlinked the tagline to its source, but only rarely.
